Highway

An RAW officer named Sreedhar Prasad investigates a bomb blast that killed 30 college students and uncovers a chain of crimes connected to drug lord Shankar Dev Rana, ultimately leading to his downfall. Highway is a 1995 Indian Malayalam-language Action Crime motion picture featuring Suresh Gopi, Banupriya, Janardhanan, Augustine Mathew, Elias Babu, Bhanupriya and Vineeth. Heyday Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Prem Prakash. Highway is written by Jayaraj Nair and directed by Jayaraj Nair and Jayaraaj. Century Release acquired the distribution rights for the film. Highway was released on 7th March 1995 and takes a screen time of 146 minutes. Highway was made on a budget of ₹25 crore and it was a hit at box office gross of ₹28 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Sab John. Cinematography was done by P. Sukumar and editing by B. Lenin and V. T. Vijayan. The music was composed by S. P. Venkatesh.
