Zulu

A detective investigates a murder case involving a new dangerous drug and uncovers a crime lords involvement, leading to a final confrontation in the desert where the detective captures the mastermind but dies from his injuries. Zulu is a 2013 English-language Crime Drama film featuring Orlando Bloom, Forest Whitaker, Conrad Kemp, Inge Beckmann, Tinarie Van Wyk Loots, Regardt Van Den Bergh and Reon Van Der Watt. Eskwad in association with Path , M6 Films and Lobster Tree. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Richard Grandpierre. Zulu is written by Caryl Ferey, Julien Rappeneau, Jérôme Salle and J R Me Salle and it is directed by Jérôme Salle and J R Me Salle. Path acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Zulu was released on 4th December 2013 in English,Afrikaans,Xhosa and Zulu languages and takes a screen time of 110 minutes. Zulu was made on a budget of $16 million and at the box office it grossed only $2 million. Cinematography was done by Denis Rouden and editing by Stan Collet. The music was composed by Alexandre Desplat.
