Action Comedy Crime Drama
Agent Castillo of the FBI teams up with former motocross racer Jon Baker as they investigate a corrupt police ring involved in a series of bank robberies, but face personal struggles and setbacks along the way. Chips is a 2017 American English-language Action Comedy motion picture starring Dax Shepard, Michael Pe A, Rosa Salazar, Adam Brody, Vincent D onofrio, Michael Peña and Jamison Bright. The movie is inspired from CHiPs by Rick Rosner. Primate Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Andrew Panay, Dax Shepard and Ravi Mehta. Chips is written by Rick Rosner and Dax Shepard and it is directed by Dax Shepard. Warner Bros. Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Chips was released on 24th March 2017 and takes a screen time of 101 minutes. Chips was made on a budget of $25 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $26 million. Cinematography was done by Mitchell Amundsen and editing by Dan Lebental. The music was composed by Fil Eisler.

A handful of the jokes are even kind of funny.But bloodshed and dick waggling alone are not enough to carry an effective contemporary update, and given the alternative between the big screen CHIPS and an antiquated, low stakes episode of the original TV series, wed pick the latter in a heartbeat.
