The Town

Four friends rob a bank in Boston, but one of them falls in love with the bank manager, who he keeps secret from his friends, and they are eventually caught by the FBI after a series of events. The Town is a 2010 American English-language Crime Drama motion picture starring Ben Affleck, Rebecca Hall, Jon Hamm, Jeremy Renner, Blake Lively, Titus Welliver and Michael A. Myles. The movie is based on Prince of Thieves by Chuck Hogan. Legendary Pictures in association with GK Films and Thunder Road Pictures. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Basil Iwanyk Sr., Graham King and Basil Iwanyk. The Town is written by Peter Craig, Ben Affleck, Aaron Stockard and Chuck Hogan and it is directed by Ben Affleck. Warner Bros. Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. The Town was released on 21st October 2010 and takes a screen time of 124 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released and became successful at box office. The Town was made on a budget of $37 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $154 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Peter Craig, Ben Affleck and Aaron Stockard. Cinematography was done by Robert Elswit and editing by Dylan Tichenor. The music was composed by Harry Gregson-williams along with David Buckley.
