The movie is based on Deep Water by Patricia Highsmith. 20th Century Studios in association with Regency Enterprises, New Regency, Film Rites and Entertainment 360. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Arnon Milchan, Steven Zaillian, Garrett Basch, Guymon Casady, Ben Forkner and Anthony Katagas. The movie is directed by Adrian Lyne. 20th Century Studios acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Deep Water was released on 13th November 2020.
