The Last Thing He Wanted is a 2020 English-language Crime Drama film starring Anne Hathaway, Ben Affleck, Rosie Perez, Edi Gathegi, Mel Rodriguez, Toby Jones and Daniel Chernau. The movie is inspired from The Last Thing He Wanted by Joan Didion. Elevated Films in association with Little Red Hen and The Fyzz Facility. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Cassian Elwes, Dee Rees and Luillo Ruiz. The motion picture is written and directed by Dee Rees. Netflix acquired the distribution rights for the film. The Last Thing He Wanted was released on 21st February 2020 and takes a screen time of 115 minutes. The Last Thing He Wanted was made on a budget of $100 million.
