In a futuristic setting, engineer Michael Jennings is hired for a job that leads to unexpected consequences, forcing him to uncover a machine that predicts the future and work with allies to destroy it in order to protect the world and start anew. Paycheck is written by John Woo, Philip K. Dick and Dean Georgaris and it is directed by John Woo. Paramount Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Paycheck was released on 9th January 2004 and takes a screen time of 119 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Paycheck was made on a budget of $60 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $117 million. Cinematography was done by Jeffrey L. Kimball and editing by Christopher Rouse. The music was composed by John Powell.
