Miss 420 is written by Maya Govind, Akashdeep, Dev Kohli, Shabd Kumar, Anu Malik, Shaily Shailendra and Sayed Sultan and it is directed by Akashdeep Sabir. Venus Records acquired the distribution rights for the film. Miss 420 was released on 23rd January 1998 and takes a screen time of 162 mins. Miss 420 was made on a budget of ₹1 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹54 lakh. Cinematography was done by Thomas X. Lenin. The music was composed by National Award winner Anu Malik.
