Panga

A former Kabaddi champion and railway reservation clerk, Jaya Nigam, is encouraged by her family to return to the sport after quitting due to the birth of her son, and with the help of her friend and coach, Meenal Singh, she overcomes physical challenges and family responsibilities to make a successful comeback. Panga is a 2019 Indian Hindi-language Drama Romance film starring Kangana Ranaut, Jassi Gill, Yagya Bhasin, Richa Chadda, Neena Gupta, Lakki Harkhowalia and Manoj Jadhav. Fox Star Studios was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Fox Star Studios. Panga is written by Ashwini Iyer Tiwari, Nitesh Tiwari, Nikhil Mehrohtra and Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and it is directed by Ashwini Iyer Tiwari and Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari. Fox Star Studios acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Panga was released on 24th January 2020 and takes a screen time of 131 minutes. Panga was made on a budget of ₹49 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹22 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Nitesh Tiwari. Cinematography was done by Jay I. Patel and editing by Ballu Saluja. The music was composed by Ankit Balhara along with Ehsaan Noorani, Loy Mendonsa, Shankar Mahadevan and Sanchit Balhara.
