An inspector in charge of a police station deals with a kidnapping and a powerful don, but after a tragedy strikes, he seeks revenge and protects his family. Dabangg 2 is a 2012 Indian Hindi-language Action Comedy movie starring Salman Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Arbaaz Khan, Prakash Raj, Vinod Khanna, Deepak Dobriyal and Subhasis Chakraborty. Arbaaz Khan Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora Khan. Dabangg 2 is written by Dilip Shukla and directed by Arbaaz Khan. Eros International acquired the distribution rights for the film. Dabangg 2 was released on 20th December 2012 and takes a screen time of 123 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Dabangg 2 was made on a budget of ₹84 crore and it was a hit at box office gross of ₹149 crore. Cinematography was done by Aseem Mishra and Mahesh Limaye and editing by Hemal Kothari. The music was composed by IIFA Award winner Wajid Ali along with Sajid Wajid and Sandeep Shirodkar.
