Tips Industries was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Kumar Sadhuram Taurani, Ramesh Sadhuram Taurani, Kumar S. Taurani and Ramesh Taurani. Soldier is written by Sachin Bhowmick, Shyam Goel and Javed Siddiqui and it is directed by Abbas Alibhai Burmawalla, Mastan Alibhai Burmawalla and Abbas Mustan. Tips Industries acquired the distribution rights for the film. Soldier was released on 12th October 1998 and takes a screen time of 155 minutes. The Film was successful at box office.
