The Company Theatre in Mumbai has created a musical adaptation of Shakespeares Twelfth Night in Hindi, following the story of a complicated romantic web that ultimately leads to bittersweet outcomes. Piya Behrupiya is a 2019 Indian Hindi-language Romance Musical movie starring Harishankar, Monica Chinnakotla, Sagar Deshmukh, Trupti Khamkar, Geetanjali Kulkarni, Mantra Mugdh and Neha Saraf. Kala Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Madhavi Harishankar. The movie is directed by Mahashivan. VT Cinemas acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Piya Behrupiya was released on 17th March 2019. Cinematography was done by Veda Selvam and editing by Mahashivan and Rajesh Kanna. The music was composed by Sagishna Xavier.
