Chintu Ji

Rishi Kapoor, son of Raj Kapoor, enters politics and returns to his birth village to gain support, but chaos ensues when he becomes involved in a corrupt film deal and the villagers face theft, molestation, and terrorism accusations. Chintu Ji is a 2009 Indian Hindi-language Comedy Drama film starring Rishi Kapoor, Kulraj Randhawa, Priyanshu Chatterjee, Saurabh Shukla, Grusha Kapoor, Swadesh Badhu and Dinesh Yadav. Kaleidoscope Entertainment was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Bobby Bedi and Gautam Talwar. Chintu Ji is written by Shabbir Ahmed, Yash Bhardwaj, Ranjit Kapoor and Samee Siddiqui and it is directed by Ranjit Kapoor. Chintu Ji was released on 4th September 2009. Cinematography was done by Sunny Joseph. The music was composed by National Award winner Sukhwinder Singh along with Sukhwinder Singh Abhishek-ishteyak.
