Sunday is written by Robin Bhatt, Tushar Hiranandani, Sajid, K. Subhash, K. Subash, Sajid-farhad and Chandra Sekhar Yeleti and it is directed by Rohit Shetty. Eros Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Sunday was released on 25th January 2008 and takes a screen time of 130 minutes. Sunday was made on a budget of ₹22 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹20 crore. Cinematography was done by Aseem Bajaj. The music was composed by Amar Mohile along with Raghav Sachar, Sandeep Chowta, Shibani Kashyap, Daler Mehndi, M.ali & Kami and Sanjoy Chowdhury.
