Yeh Hai Jalwa

An orphan in India discovers that a successful businessman is his estranged father and blackmails him into acknowledging him as his son, before helping him out and ultimately donating a kidney to him. Yeh Hai Jalwa is a 2002 Indian Hindi-language Comedy Drama film starring Salman Khan, Rishi Kapoor, Amisha Patel, Sanjay Dutt, Kader Khan, Rati Agnihotri and Manmohan Desai. MKD Films Combine was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Kanchan Ketan Desai and Ketan Desai. Yeh Hai Jalwa is written by Rumi Jaffery, Imtiaz Patel and Yunus Sajawal and it is directed by David Dhawan. Sohail Khan Productions acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Yeh Hai Jalwa was released on 3rd July 2002 and takes a screen time of 142 minutes. Yeh Hai Jalwa was made on a budget of ₹8 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹5 crore. Cinematography was done by Ashok Mehta and editing by David Dhawan. The music was composed by IIFA Award winner Himesh Reshammiya along with Anand Raj Anand.
