A love guru named Prem helps Bhaskar with his love life, while navigating his own romantic relationships. Partner is a 2007 Indian Hindi-language Comedy Drama motion picture featuring Govinda, Salman Khan, Lara Dutta, Katrina Kaif, Rajpal Yadav, Ali Haji and Sujeet Kumar Sharma. The movie is based on Hitch by Andy Tennant. Partner was Produced by Sohail Khan and Parag Sanghvi. Partner is written by Shabbir Ahmed, Sanjay Chhel, David Dhawan, Yunus Sajawal and Jalees Sherwani and it is directed by David Dhawan. Eros International acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Partner was released on 20th July 2007 and takes a screen time of 143 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Partner was made on a budget of ₹28 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹60 crore. Cinematography was done by Johny Lal and editing by Nitin Rokade. The music was composed by Filmfare Award winner Salim Merchant along with Sulaiman Merchant, Wajid Ali, Sajid Wajid and Salim-sulaiman.
