A lawyer named Jagdish Jolly Tyagi files a PIL against Rahul Dewan, a boy from a high society family who is accused of drunken driving and causing death, collects evidence and successfully proves his guilt resulting in a guilty verdict and seven-year jail sentence. Jolly LLB is a 2013 Indian Hindi-language Comedy Drama film starring Arshad Warsi, Boman Irani, Amrita Rao, Saurabh Shukla, Harsh Chhaya, Mohan Kapoor and Dawood Khan. Jolly LLB was Produced by Fox Star Studios. The motion picture is written and directed by Subhash Kapoor. Fox Star Studios acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Jolly LLB was released on 14th March 2013 and takes a screen time of 128 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Jolly LLB was made on a budget of ₹13 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹30 crore. Cinematography was done by Anshuman Mahaley and editing by Sandeep Singh Bajeli. The music was composed by Krsna Solo along with : and Sanjoy Chowdhury. At the 2014 IIFA Awards It won an award for Best Performance in a Comic Role. At the 2014 Filmfare Awards It also won 2 awards including: Best Story and Best Dialogue. At the 2014 National Film Awards It also won an award for Best Supporting Actor (Saurabh Shukla).
