Michaels Production and Rock Island Films. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Bart Freundlich, Julianne Moore, Joel B. Michaels, Harry Finkel and Silvio Muraglia. After the Wedding is written by Anders Thomas Jensen and Susanne Bier and it is directed by Bart Freundlich. Sony Pictures Classics acquired the distribution rights for the film. After the Wedding was released on 22nd August 2019 and takes a screen time of 110 minutes.
