Shararat

Rahul Khanna, a reckless son of wealthy but neglectful parents, evades legal consequences through bribes until causing a serious accident, leading to his arrest and sentence to community service at a senior citizens home, where he clashes with the elderly residents. Shararat is a 2002 Indian Hindi-language Family Romance motion picture featuring Abhishek Bachchan, Hrishitaa Bhatt, Amrish Puri, Mohnish Bahl, Helen Richardson, Om Puri and Javed Khan. Shararat was Produced by Dhillin Mehta. The movie is directed by Gurudev Bhalla. Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Shararat was released on 12th July 2002 and takes a screen time of 122 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Shararat was made on a budget of ₹1 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹2 crore. Cinematography was done by A. K. Bir and editing by Aarti Bajaj. The music was composed by IIFA Award winner Babloo Chakravorty along with Sajid-wajid.
