T-Series was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Ramesh Sippy, Krishan Kumar Dua and Roopa De Choudhury. Nautanki Saala is written by Benoit Graffin, Pierre Salvadori, Nipun Dharmadhikari, Rohan Sippy and Charudutt Acharya and it is directed by Rohan Sippy. R.S. Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Nautanki Saala was released on 11th April 2013. The Film was successful at box office. Nautanki Saala was made on a budget of ₹16 crore and it was a hit at box office gross of ₹22 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Charudutt Acharya, Rohan Sippy and Nipun Dharmadhikari. Cinematography was done by Manoj Lobo and Sudhakar Reddy Yakkanti and editing by Aarif Sheikh.
