Far in the future, the Interplanetary Alliance staves off threats of war by establishing the high energy Star Car 5000 racing circuit.. Hyper Image was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Robert Brousseau and Rhonda Smiley. Race is written by Rhonda Smiley, Kevin O donnell and Robert Brousseau and it is directed by Robert Brousseau and Scott Heming. Phase 4 Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. The film has a running time of 99 minutes. Race was made on a budget of ₹46 crore and at the box office it grossed only $24 million. Editing was done by James Hereth. The music was composed by Eric Allaman.
