Jack Frost joins a group of legendary figures who protect childrens dreams and beliefs from the villainous Pitch Black, and together they set out to stop Pitchs plan by collecting teeth, but their journey is disrupted by a quarrel and an attack by Pitch. Rise of the Guardians is a 2012 American English-language Animation Adventure movie starring Chris Pine, Alec Baldwin, Hugh Jackman, Isla Fisher, Jude Law, Dakota Goyo and Theo De Pillecyn. The movie is inspired from The Guardians of Childhood and The Man in the Moon by William Joyce. DreamWorks Animation was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Christina Steinberg and Nancy Bernstein. Rise of the Guardians is written by David Lindsay Abaire and William Joyce and it is directed by Peter Ramsey. Paramount Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Rise of the Guardians was released on 22nd November 2012 and takes a screen time of 97 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Rise of the Guardians was made on a budget of $145 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $306 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by David Lindsay-Abaire. Editing was done by Joyce Arrastia. The music was composed by Academy Award Oscar winner Alexandre Desplat.
