A group of drug addicts led by Bob engage in drug thefts while being pursued by Detective Gentry, but after a series of events including a robbery gone wrong and the death of their teenage girlfriend, Bob decides to get clean through a methadone treatment program until he is attacked and shot, leaving him contemplating a return to his former life of addiction. International Video Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the film.
