A man named Will Atenton moves into his dream house with his family, only to discover that the house is connected to a crime from the past; as he investigates, Will realizes that he himself is actually the man who committed the crime and had created a delusion where his family is still alive, but eventually uncovers the truth and confronts the real culprits. Morgan Creek Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Jim Sheridan, James G. Robinson, David C. Robinson, Daniel Bobker and Ehren Kruger. Dream House is written by David Loucka and directed by Jim Sheridan. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Dream House was released on 13th October 2011 and takes a screen time of 92 minutes. Dream House was made on a budget of $50 million and at the box office it grossed only $39 million. Cinematography was done by Caleb Deschanel and editing by Barbara Tulliver. The music was composed by John Debney.
