Two rival LAPD detectives uncover a criminal organizations plot to discredit and kill them, leading to a dramatic showdown where they defeat their enemies, save a kidnapped sister, and return as heroes to the LAPD. Tango & Cash is a 1989 American English-language Action Comedy motion picture featuring Sylvester Stallone, Kurt Russell, Jack Palance, Teri Hatcher, Brion James, James Hong and Benny Urquidez. The Guber-Peters Company was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Jon Peters and Peter Guber. Tango & Cash is written by Randy Feldman and Jeffrey Boam and it is directed by Andrey Konchalovskiy, Albert Magnoli and Andrei Konchalovsky. Warner Bros. acquired the distribution rights for the film. Tango & Cash was released on 22nd December 1989 and takes a screen time of 104 minutes. Tango & Cash was made on a budget of $55 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $63 million. Cinematography was done by Donald E. Thorin and editing by Stuart Baird, Hubert C. de la Bouillerie and Robert A. Ferretti. The music was composed by Harold Faltermeyer.
