The White Gorilla

A white gorilla is snubbed by black gorillas because he is the wrong color. Cut off from his tribe he becomes lonely and angry. After troubling hunters and natives, the white gorilla fights the king of the black gorillas while we are told by a narrator that the fate of Africa hangs in the balance. The movie was made by editing some 1947 acting into footage from a 1927 silent serial, Perils of the Jungle, starring Frank Merrill the fifth screen Tarzan. Written by Ed Stephan The White Gorilla is a 1945 American English-language Adventure motion picture featuring See Below, Ray Corrigan, Lorraine Miller, George J. Lewis, Francis Ford, Budd Buster and Albert Smith. The White Gorilla was Produced by Louis Weiss, Harry L. Fraser and George M. Merrick. The motion picture is written and directed by Harry L. Fraser. The White Gorilla was released on 12th July 1945 and takes a screen time of 62 minutes. Cinematography was done by Robert E. Cline, Bert Longenecker and William C. Thompson and editing by Adrian Weiss. The music was composed by Lee Zahler.
