Pompeii

In ancient Pompeii, a gladiator named Milo forms a rivalry with another gladiator named Atticus and catches the attention of Cassia, the daughter of a governor, as they navigate through a series of natural disasters and a vengeful senators plot, ultimately ending in tragedy and the preservation of their bodies. Pompeii is a 2014 English-language Action Adventure film starring Kit Harington, Carrie-anne Moss, Emily Browning, Adewale Akinnuoye-agbaje, Jessica Lucas, Jared Harris and Harrison Astroff. Constantin Film in association with Impact Pictures. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Don Carmody, Jeremy Bolt, Robert Kulzer and Paul W. S. Anderson. Pompeii is written by Julian Fellowes, Janet Scott Batchler, Lee Batchler, Michael Robert Johnson and B.l. Jurgens and it is directed by Paul W.s. Anderson and Paul W. S. Anderson. Sony Pictures Releasing acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Pompeii was released on 21st February 2014 and takes a screen time of 105 minutes. Pompeii was made on a budget of $100 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $117 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Janet Scott Batchler, Lee Batchler and Michael Robert Johnson. Cinematography was done by Glen MacPherson and editing by Michelle Conroy. The music was composed by Clinton Shorter.
