A former valedictorian quits her reporter job in New York and returns to the place she last felt happy: her childhood home in Connecticut. She gets work as a lifeguard and starts a dangerous relationship with a troubled teenager. The Lifeguard is a 2013 American English-language Drama Romance movie featuring Kristen Bell, David Lambert, Mamie Gummer, Martin Starr, Alex Shaffer, Joshua Harto and Blake Reading. Attic Light Films in association with C Plus Pictures, Houndstooth, La Pistola, Productivity Media and Wild Invention. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Liz W. Garcia, Milan Chakraborty, Joshua Harto, Mike Landry, Ed Mcwilliams and Carlos Velazquez. The motion picture is written and directed by Liz W. Garcia. Focus World acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. The Lifeguard was released on 30th July 2013 and takes a screen time of 98 minutes. Cinematography was done by John Peters and editing by Jennifer Davidoff Cook and Elizabeth Kling. The music was composed by Fred Avril.
