Flynn Picture Company in association with Seven Bucks Productions, Bad Version and Inc. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Beau Flynn, Dwayne Johnson, Dany Garcia, Rawson Marshall Thurber and Hiram Garcia. The motion picture is written and directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber. Netflix acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Red Knot was released on 4th December 2014 and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released. Red Knot was made on a budget of $125 million. Cinematography was done by Markus F rderer and editing by Michael L. Sale. The music was composed by Steve Jablonsky.
