    • Roger Ebert

Its an ambitious film, big on simple emotions like love, patriotism and treachery, and avoids the travelogue style of so many historical swashbucklers: Its locations look green, wet, vast, muddy and rugged. ( Read More )
    • Charles Cassady

This is not for the faint of heart; parents should be aware of the high level of blood and gore and sexual elements. ( Read More )
    • Brian Lowry
