Punjabi House

A man in deep debt tries to end his life, but is saved by a fisherman and his employee, and together they fake his death by pretending to be deaf and mute, leading to comedic and dramatic events when he meets a deaf and mute woman in the household they work for. Punjabi House is a 1998 Indian Malayalam-language Comedy Drama motion picture featuring Jomol, Suresh Gopi, Harisree Asokan, Janardanan, Dileep Pillai, Mohini Bharath and Anjali. New Saga Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) M. Mani. Punjabi House is written by Ar Rafi, Suresh Peeters and Rafi Mecartin and it is directed by Ar Rafi and Rafi Mecartin. New Saga Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Punjabi House was released on 4th September 1998 and takes a screen time of 150 minutes. Cinematography was done by Anandakuttan and editing by Harihara Puthran. The music was composed by Suresh Peters along with S. P. Venkatesh.
