Two men swap identities to avoid marriage proposals, but one falls in love with a woman who pretends to be someone else, leading to marriage, tragedy, sacrifice, and a happy ending. Bramacharigal is a 1993 Indian tamil-language motion picture starring Sunny Deol, Mahima Chaudhry and Apoorva Agnihotri. Polygram in association with and Tristars International. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Sibte Hassan Rizvi. The film is written and directed by Subhash Sehgal. Columbia Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Bramacharigal was released on 16th October 1993 and takes a screen time of 165 min. Cinematography was done by Harmeet Singh and editing by Subhash Sehgal. The music was composed by Jatin Lalit.
