Navrang

In colonial India, a poet named Diwakar, struggling with his disconnected wife Jamuna, creates a fictional muse named Mohini to inspire his poetry, but their relationship deteriorates due to Diwakars unemployment, his obsession with Mohini, and Jamunas departure, until a chance encounter reunites them and rekindles their love. Navrang is a 1959 Indian Hindi-language Drama Musical movie starring Mahipal Singh, Sandhya Shantaram, Ullhas, Keshavrao Date, Vatsala Deshmukh, Agha and Jeetendra Kapoor. Navrang is written by G.d. Madgulkar and Rajaram Vankudre Shantaram and it is directed by Rajaram Vankudre Shantaram and V. Shantaram. Navrang was released on 1st January 1959. The screenplay for the movie was written by V. Shantaram. Cinematography was done by Tyagraj Pendharkar and editing by Chintamani Borkar. The music was composed by C. Ramchandra along with Bharat Vyas.
