House on Haunted Hill is a 1999 American English-language Thriller Mystery film featuring Geoffrey Rush, Famke Janssen, Taye Diggs, Ali Larter, Bridgette Wilson, Peter Gallagher and Chris Kattan. The movie is based on House on Haunted Hill by Robb White. Dark Castle Entertainment was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Robert Zemeckis, Joel Silver, Gilbert Adler and Terry A. Castle. The movie is directed by William Malone. Warner Bros. acquired the distribution rights for the film. House on Haunted Hill was released on 23rd December 1999 and takes a screen time of 93 minutes. House on Haunted Hill was made on a budget of $37 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $42 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Dick Beebe. Cinematography was done by Rick Bota and editing by Anthony Adler. The music was composed by Don Davis.
