Gokulam

Chellappa photographs village life, while Mary befriends the Gokulam family, falls in love with Kannan, and reveals her wealthy background to her guardian, leading to their agreement to allow Mary and Kannan to marry; tragically, Kannan is murdered by Vasanth, who desires to wed Mary instead, prompting her to support Kannans family by sending money orders and letters in disguise, but the village blames her for immoral behavior, causing her to leave for a world tour, while Kannans father regrets his past actions and awaits Marys return. Gokulam is a 1993 Indian Tamil-language Drama motion picture starring Bhanupriya, Kalyan Kumar, Vadivelu, Chinni Jayanth, T. M. Soundararajan, Jaishankar and Major Sundarrajan. J. K. Combines was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) R. B. Choudary. The film is written and directed by Vikraman. Super Good Films acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Gokulam was released on 11th June 1993 and takes a screen time of 140 minutes. Cinematography was done by M. S. Annadurai and editing by K. Thanikachalam. The music was composed by Sirpy.
