Baazigar

A young man named Ajay Sharma takes revenge on a rich businessman who caused his fathers death, by dating his daughters under two different identities and murdering anyone who could expose him. Baazigar is a 1993 Indian Hindi-language Crime Drama film featuring Shah Rukh Khan, Shilpa Shetty, Raakhee, Dalip Tahil, Siddharth Ray, Johnny Lever and Janardhan Parab. Venus Movies was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Ganesh Jain and Champak Jain. Baazigar is written by Robin Bhatt, Akarsh Khurana, Javed Siddiqui and Akash Khurana and it is directed by Abbas Alibhai Burmawalla, Mastan Alibhai Burmawalla and Abbas Mustan. Eros International acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Baazigar was released on 12th November 1993 and takes a screen time of 182 minutes. The motion picture made a box office gross of ₹21 crore. Cinematography was done by Thomas A. Xavier and editing by Hussain A. Burmawala. The music was composed by National Award winner Anu Malik along with Shyam-surender. At the 1994 Filmfare Awards It won an award for Best Screenplay.
