Regency Enterprises in association with New Regency and Davis Entertainment. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) John Davis, Mike Karz and Wyck Godfrey. First Daughter is written by Jessica Bendinger, Jerry O connell, Kate Kondell, Dawn Carter, John Davis, Jeffrey Downer, Wyck Godfrey, Mike Karz, Patrick Mcintire, Arnon Milchan and Forest Whitaker and it is directed by Forest Whitaker. 20th Century Fox acquired the distribution rights for the movie. First Daughter was released on 24th September 2004 and takes a screen time of 105 minutes. First Daughter was made on a budget of $30 million and at the box office it grossed only $10 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Jessica Bendinger and Kate Kondell. Cinematography was done by Toyomichi Kurita and editing by Richard Chew. The music was composed by Michael Kamen along with Blake Neely.
