No was made on a budget of ₹15 crore and it was a hit at box office gross of ₹15 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by G. N. R. Kumaravela. Cinematography was done by Gopi Jagadeeswaran and editing by Prabaahar. The music was composed by Vijay Antony.
