Aurat

The story follows Radha, a strong and resilient woman who faces numerous challenges including financial hardships, the abandonment of her husband, and the loss of her children, but remains determined to support her family and protect her sons from crime and poverty. Aurat is a 1940 Indian Hindi-language Drama film featuring Sardar Akhtar, Surinder Kapoor, Lala Yaqoob, Arun, Harish, Jyoti and Amir Banu. Aurat is written by Wajahat Mirza and Babubhai Mehta and it is directed by Mehboob Khan. National Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Aurat was released on 1st January 1940 and takes a screen time of 154 minutes. Cinematography was done by Faredoon Irani and editing by Shamsudin Kadri. The music was composed by Anil Biswas.
