Sahara

The story follows the hardships of Leela, an orphan who is mistreated by her family, betrayed by her husband, and left blind, leading her to find solace in a mother-son bond with another beggar child. Sahara is a 1958 Indian Hindi-language Drama Family film starring Meena Kumari, M. Rajan, Kuldip Kaur, Meena Kumari Bano, Kanhaiyalal Chaturvedi, Badri Prasad and Chandra Gupta. Sahara was Produced by Kuldeep Sehgal. Sahara is written by Lekhraj Bhakri and Kuldeep Sehgal and it is directed by Lekhraj Bhakri. Tasveeristan acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Sahara was released on 1st January 1958. Cinematography was done by Ranjodh Thakur and editing by Lachhmandass. The music was composed by Hemant Kumar along with Bharat Vyas.
