Universal Soldier: Regeneration

A group of terrorists kidnap the Ukrainian Prime Ministers children and demand the release of their imprisoned comrades, threatening to detonate the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant if their demands are not met, but the former UniSol Luc Deveraux joins the mission to rescue the children with the help of the US and Ukrainian armies.
