Ungli

Four friends form an undercover group to fight corruption, specifically targeting a corrupt minister, gaining notoriety and praise from the public and media while also exposing corruption within the police force, ultimately leading to the promotion of an officer who vows to protect the city with the gangs help. Ungli is a 2014 Indian Hindi-language Comedy Drama movie featuring Emraan Hashmi, Randeep Hooda, Kangana Ranaut, Neha Dhupia, Angad Bedi, Neil Bhoopalam and Jitendra Vashishth. Dharma Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Karan Johar, Hiroo Johar and Hiroo Yash Johar. Ungli is written by Renzil D silva, Milap Zaveri and Rensil D silva and it is directed by Renzil D silva and Rensil D silva. AA Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Ungli was released on 27th November 2014 and takes a screen time of 114 minutes. Ungli was made on a budget of ₹39 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹16 crore. Cinematography was done by Hemant Chaturvedi and editing by Deepa Bhatia. The music was composed by Filmfare Award winner Salim Merchant along with Sulaiman Merchant, Salim Sulaiman, Sachin Jigar, Aslam Keyi, Gulraj Singh and John Stewart Eduri.
