A team of police officers led by AD.CP Shrikant Naidu must transport a captured ISI agent amidst obstacles including a corrupt former cop and terrorists seeking his knowledge of a politicians involvement in engineered riots, leading to the conviction of the corrupt individuals. Khakee is a 2004 Indian Hindi-language Action Adventure movie featuring Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Tusshar Kapoor, Atul Kulkarni and Naveen Kumar Bhaskar. DMS Films Private Limited was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Bharat S Shah and Keshu Ramsay. Khakee is written by Shridhar Raghavan and Rajkumar Santoshi and it is directed by Rajkumar Santoshi. Eros International acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Khakee was released on 23rd January 2004 and takes a screen time of 180 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released. Khakee was made on a budget of ₹26 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹25 crore. Cinematography was done by K. V. Anand and editing by Hussain M. Burmawalla. The music was composed by Ram Sampath.
