Ab Tak Chhappan 2 is a Hindi film about a sub-inspector who uncovers corruption and terrorist activities within the police force, while also getting entangled in violent confrontations. Shagird is a 2011 Indian Hindi-language Action Crime film featuring Nana Patekar, Zakir Hussain, Mohit Ahlawat, Rimi Sen, Anurag Kashyap, Master Ahan Desai and Sanjay Tripathi. Faizee Production was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Hussain Shaikh and Purvi Lavingia-vats. Shagird is written by Tigmanshu Dhulia and Kamal Pandey and it is directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia. Reliance Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Shagird was released on 13th May 2011 and takes a screen time of 128 minutes. Shagird was made on a budget of ₹12 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹1 crore. Cinematography was done by Yogesh Jani and editing by Pravin Angre. The music was composed by Abhishek Ray.
