Ulkuthu is set in a small coastal town which is ruled by Kaka Mani (Sharath Lohitashwa) and his brother Saravanan (Dhilip Subbarayan), loansharks who deal in blood and blows when their debtors don t pay on time. Ulkuthu is a 2017 Indian Tamil-language Action Comedy motion picture featuring Nandita Swetha and Dinesh Ravi. PK Film Facctory was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) G Vittal Kumar & Subhashini Devi. Ulkuthu is written by Justin Prabhakaran and Caarthick Raju and it is directed by Caarthick Raju. Cinematography was done by P. K. Varma and editing by Praveen K. L. The music was composed by Justin Prabhakaran.
