Master

A series of events unfold as a teenager becomes a notorious gangster after witnessing his familys murder, but is eventually defeated by a college lecturer and an NGO worker who work together to reform a juvenile detention facility and seek justice for the innocent victims. Master is a 2021 Indian Tamil-language Action Thriller film starring Vijay Sethupathi in the title role. XB Film Creators was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Xavier Britto. The movie is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Seven Screen Studios acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Master was released on 18th March 2022 and takes a screen time of 179 minutes. Master was made on a budget of ₹1 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹11 lakh. The screenplay for the movie was written by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Rathna Kumar and Pon Parthiban. Cinematography was done by Sathyan Sooryan and editing by Philomin Raj. The music was composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
