In 1934, former Texas Ranger Frank Hamer recruits his former partner Benjamin Gault to track down and apprehend the notorious criminals Bonnie and Clyde, who are suspected of returning to Dallas, leading to a manhunt that eventually ends with the ambush and killing of the duo in Louisiana. The Highwaymen is a 2019 American English-language Crime Drama motion picture featuring Kevin Costner, Woody Harrelson, Kathy Bates, John Carroll Lynch, Kim Dickens, Thomas Mann and Michael Castle. Casey Silver Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Casey Silver. The Highwaymen is written by John Fusco and directed by John Lee Hancock. Netflix acquired the distribution rights for the film. The Highwaymen was released on 30th March 2019 and takes a screen time of 132 minutes. The Highwaymen was made on a budget of $49 million. Cinematography was done by John Schwartzman and editing by Robert Frazen. The music was composed by Thomas Newman.
