A DARPA researcher is asked to consult on his creation, goggles equipped with hyperspectral imaging, in Moldova where the US military is deployed and joins forces with a CIA officer and a team of Delta Force operators to investigate translucent humanoid apparitions that can kill, ultimately discovering that they are man-made replicas of humans created using Bose-Einstein condensate and deactivating them to restore peace to the city. Spectral is a 2016 American English-language Action Mystery film featuring James Badge Dale, Max Martini, Emily Mortimer, Clayne Crawford, Bruce Greenwood, Cory Hardrict and Zalan Sipos. Legendary Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Thomas Tull and Jillian Share. Spectral is written by John Gatins, Ian Fried, Nic Mathieu and George Nolfi and it is directed by Nic Mathieu. Netflix acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Spectral was released on 9th December 2016 and takes a screen time of 107 minutes. Spectral was made on a budget of $70 million and at the box office it grossed only $0 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by George Nolfi. Cinematography was done by Bojan Bazelli and editing by Jason Ballantine. The music was composed by Junkie Xl.
