Debutant director etched the gap between reel and real-life problems of Flood stricken areas during monsoon season through his film Paarh. Centering around the Protagonist of the film, the film rolls itself almost on a roller coaster ride through various events turns and turmoils where Flood acts as the villain destroying the village killing people and separating families. The story revolves around a family whose life turns topsy turvy in tune with the changing course of River Ganges. The film ends on a happy note with reunition of the protagonist s family. Written by Raj Banerjee PARH is a 2020 Korean Korean-language Drama film starring Song Kang-ho, Lee Sun-kyun, Cho Yeo-jeong, Choi Woo-shik, Park So-dam, Lee Jung-eun and Dipak Kumar Mustafi. Barunson E&A was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Kwak Sin-ae, Moon Yang-kwon, Bong Joon-ho and Jang Young-hwan. The movie is directed by Raj Banerjee and Bong Joon-ho. CJ Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. PARH was released on 14th August 2020 and takes a screen time of 132 minutes. PARH was made on a budget of $20 billion and at the box office it grossed only $266 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Bong Joon-ho and Han Jin-won. Cinematography was done by Hong Kyung-pyo and editing by Yang Jin-mo. The music was composed by Jung Jae-il.
