When a widow is hoodwinked by a lawyer named Jolly she commits suicide. When Jolly comes to know about this he is guilt-ridden and decides to set things right by taking up the case. It was Produced by Mahesh Korade, Gaurav Nanda and Naren Kumar. It was tastefully captured by Kamaljeet Negi and edited by Chandrashekhar Prajapati. Manj Musik, Maat Bros, and Chirantan Bhatt composed the music. It was released on 10 February 2017 and has a running time of 137 minutes. He filed a case at the Bombay High Court after the 3 - member committee examined the content his plea was rejected. The movie was made on a budget of ₹30 crores and it grossed ₹198 crores at the box office. The distribution rights were acquired by Fox Star Studios. A UA certificate for the movie was provided by the Censor Board.
